Our address is 15710 S 4226 Rd, Claremore OK 74017

- DO I NEED TO SHIP THROUGH MY LOCAL FFL?
All shipping of serialized and non-serialized parts can be handled through us because we are a licensed FFL manufacturer / dealer. We are happy to provide a FILE copy of our FFL to you or your shipping source when requested. For serialized parts and complete firearms, we are required to ship it back to the address that is listed on your government issued ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, military ID, etc.) that you provide. When shipping these types of items, please include a legible copy of your chosen form of identification. For non-serialized parts, you ship it directly to us, and we can ship them back to anyone or anywhere you specify. It is required by law that a person that does not possess a valid FFL, must ship handguns by 2nd day air with a contract carrier (UPS, FEDEX, etc.). Long guns can be shipped with ground service by the USPS or a contract carrier. We will primarily use insured USPS for return shipping mainly because of cost of service.

Basic guidelines for shipping firearms:

*Handguns must be shipped 2nd day air by a contract carrier. Please do not use your local post office. We do not know the consequences of shipping it any other way, but we do know it is a law and why risk it?
*Long guns and non-serialized parts can be shipped by ground service. USPS is the cheapest.
*Please use either carrier pickup or take it directly to a service center, it will save you money and it is much more reliable than your local pack and ship center.
*Please buy insurance for the full value of you items. Insurance is cheap, firearms are not and please note on your work order how much insurance you would like placed on your return
shipment.
*Declare that you are shipping an unloaded firearm for repairs. They should give you no trouble, it is perfectly legal.
*MAKE SURE YOUR FIREARM IS UNLOADED!!!
*Do not ship any ammo with your firearms.
*Make sure your firearms and parts are packed well with sufficient cushioning for the journey.
*Please include an itemized packing list of everything that you send us. We cannot be held responsible for anything that is not documented.
*Be sure to fill out the order form completely – include a detailed list of any parts you are sending us! (If you are disassembling the firearm yourself it must be accompanied by a full inventory list of parts. The firearm must be completely stripped – every pin, spring and screw must be disassembled. If not listed on the inventory we cannot be held responsible for it) If you are sending the firearm in assembled, labor fees for disassembly/reassembly will apply – see our price list for labor fees.
*Let us know the color/pattern you would like your project to be painted – BE SPECIFIC! The more detail the better so we can paint your project exactly how you envision it. You can even include reference pictures if you’d like!

- DOES CERAKOTE FIX CURRENT RUST ISSUES?

Depending on how much rust you're dealing with, yes and no. By applying cerakote we can stop the external rust damage in its tracts so there is no further spread, if there is rust inside the barrel there is nothing we can do to fix that since cerakote is an external coating. If the rust has pitted the gun then that is irreversible but depending on the coating you choose it might be hidden enough where you cannot see the damages.

- DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT?

Yes! We offer 15% off of cerakote and laser services! (does not include labor to disassemble and/or reassemble firearms, or return shipping.)

- HOW IS PAYMENT HANDLED?
Payment for Cerakoting and Laser engraving services is not due until the project is complete,

– We will contact you when your project is complete at which time you can pay via credit card over the phone, mail in a check or money order.
-Any item left in our shop for 45 days once notified of completion without payment is subject to be sold to cover our work.

- We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit/Debit with a 3.5% Convenience Fee

- WHAT KIND OF TURNAROUND TIME SHOULD I EXPECT?

Our turnaround time can depend on many factors. Special order parts, colors, stencils, and seasonal runs will affect our turnaround time. Most jobs, with the exception of custom builds and intricate finishes will be completed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the item. Extremely custom theme builds will most likely take longer – we pride ourselves on creating quality, one of a kind works of art! This craftsmanship cannot be rushed! We will do our best to keep you in the loop throughout the process – If you do have any questions about a project you have shipped in drop us an email: anthony.walker@walkertalkersle.com, or call/text us at 918-200-5045

- WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY?

Anything that we cerakote, is covered by our limited lifetime warranty. If your firearm finish ever cracks, peels, chips, or breaks because of our workmanship, we will repair, replace, or refinish it at no cost to you. Shipping is not included for warranty work, labor is also not included on warranty work. Only re-coating is covered.

We cannot cover excessive wear from normal use (i.e. holster marks, blemishes from dropping or abuse, etc.). Our return policy is that if you are unhappy with our work, or with any products you receive from us, please feel free to contact us, and we will correct the issue right away.

- HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY NEWLY FINISHED FIREARM?

We suggest treating Cerakoted firearms as you would any other firearm. Cerakote is impervious to all solvent, lubricants, and other products designed for use on firearms. Cerakote is TOUGH, as long as you don’t drop it in a vat of acid or leave it in the ocean for a couple years, it will be fine.

- WHAT PARTS CAN BE COATED WITH CERAKOTE?

With Cerakote, virtually any part of a gun that is not made of rubber or silicon can be coated. However, our policy is to not coat any critical contact points (sears, safeties, triggers, disconnectors, etc.), aftermarket match triggers, springs, inside of barrels or chambers. Some springs that are attached permanently to a gun must sometimes be coated. In these instances these spring will be coated, but we will not coat anything that will affect the function of your firearm. Certain flashlights and optics cannot be coated due to the internal functions that might be harmed by the curing process.

- WHAT IS CERAKOTE?

Cerakote is a ceramic based finish that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers and wood. The unique formulation used for Cerakote ceramic coating enhances a number of physical performance properties including abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness. Each of these properties is rigorously tested to guarantee that Cerakote products remain at the fore-front of the ceramic coatings market. Cerakote ceramic coatings utilize state-of-the-art technology to out-perform any competitive coating in both laboratory settings and real world applications.
